Nuisnce call for 999.This is a idea driven article because it emphasises on the idea............nuisance calls.people use 999,or the police hotline to do niusance as the police hotline is free so, people use it as a hotline to know ho to call a taxi,or to phone pizza hut .......etc.People also use it for prank calls .Pranksters and these "questionist" really did not think for other people who needed it more.The police hotline at the start was intended to be used for people who needed it in trouble.Thus,the police made the hotline free.Although it is a good feature,people abuse it.Imagine a person who was on the verge of death because he was hanged or was kidnapped and he only had one minute to make the call,yet the police hotline was busy because of these useless calls.Thus,he dies.This will then be a waste of life,especially if it could have been prevented.we could prevent this kind of things by making the police hotline a automatic link.If one phones,one must first indicate if he/she's intentions.Eg.1Urgent.2.Enquiry3.Wrong number.With this method ...we can successfully prevent uselless phone calls by a great fold.
